We love our products and we know you will too. We offer a free “Lifetime Installation Guarantee” on all of the products we sell. For the life of the flooring product, you will have the comfort knowing we will honor our labor for stretching, fixing repair due to product failure. Our lifetime installation guarantee is equal to the flooring product warranty. For example, if you choose a flooring product with a 15 year warranty, we will honor a lifetime installation guarantee of 15 years.

While the lifetime guarantee doesn’t cover customer misfortunes, we will, of course, help our customers if they have an accident. For a nominal fee, our professional installation team will come out and help fix any damage.
